I'm Taylor Molotky, the founder of LeadWave.

LeadWave is a Grand Rapids-based AI automation and lead generation company helping businesses capture more leads, answer more calls, and grow their online presence.

Having grown up in Grand Rapids, I've always wanted to build something that could have a real impact on the businesses and community around me. At the same time, technology has always been a huge interest of mine, and that's ultimately what pushed me toward a career in engineering.

I've always liked figuring out how things work, building things, solving problems, and finding better ways to do something. I even build computers for fun, so technology has always been something I naturally gravitate toward.

When AI started becoming more powerful and actually useful for everyday businesses, I saw a huge opportunity.

I don't expect a contractor, dentist, landscaper, or other local business owner to spend their time learning AI, building automations, figuring out websites, or keeping up with every new tool that comes out. They already have a business to run.

That's where I come in.

My goal with LeadWave is to become the trusted local expert businesses can turn to when they want to take advantage of AI and modern technology without having to figure it all out themselves.

I also wanted to make it affordable.

Businesses can easily spend thousands of dollars every month on advertising just to get more leads. While advertising absolutely has its place, I think a lot of businesses are leaving opportunities on the table with the leads and customers they already could be getting.

Maybe their business is hard to find on Google. Maybe their website doesn't do a great job turning visitors into actual leads. Maybe calls are being missed while everyone is out working. Or maybe potential customers reach out and never hear back quickly enough.

Those are the kinds of problems I want LeadWave to solve.

By improving a business's online presence, helping them get found when someone searches for their services, and using tools like AI receptionists and lead capture systems, we can help turn more of those opportunities into real customers.

AI is only going to get bigger and better from here. My goal is to stay on top of that technology, figure out what actually works, and bring it to businesses throughout Grand Rapids, West Michigan, and beyond in a way that's simple, useful, and actually produces a return.
